Colorado Greens for 2008!
In Littleton on Saturday, May 3, Colorado Greens nominated their candidates for the coming November election.
The Green Party of Colorado nominated Denver resident Bob Kinsey to run for the United States Senate.Greens from all local chapters in Colorado convened to conduct party business, make plans for future growth and chose standard bearers for the Tuesday, November 4, 2008 election.Joe Calhoun was chosen to run for the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2nd Congressional District.
Tony D'Lallo of Thornton is the Green candidate for the Colorado State House, District 34.
Art Goodtimes was nominated to run for a fourth term as Commissioner in San Miguel County.
Scott Zulauf is seeking the Jefferson County Commissioner, District 2 office.
Jerry Lacy of Westcliffe was nominated to run for Commissioner, District 3 in Custer County.
Chosen to be party co-chairs for the next year were Dave Chandler of Arvada and Claire Ryder of Denver.
